Important Note:

- Electricity Usage - Electricity consumption is included in your overall price for a flat rate of 25 kw per day, which is more than enough for normal use. Just make sure you switch off the air conditioning correctly, especially during the day and when you leave your villa Please note that if you exceed it, you will pay the excess consumption at a rate of ($12 pesos per kW).
- Guest and Visitors must be registered - To ensure the highest level of safety and security,all guest must register with heir passport or ID within 24 hours of check-in.
- Inappropriate behavior and loud noise - please have guest refrain from inappropriate behavior and loud noise. After 10pm, please be discreet in order to respect the neighbors.
