Important Note:
- Electricity Usage - Electricity consumption is not included in your overall price and you will pay the consumption at a rate of ($17 pesos per kW). Just make sure you switch off the air conditioning correctly, especially during the day and when you leave your villa
- Guest and Visitors must be registered - To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guest must register with heir passport or ID within 24 hours of check-in.
- Inappropriate behavior and loud noise - please have guest refrain from inappropriate behavior and loud noise. After 10pm, please be discreet in order to respect the neighbors.
- SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Any violations will result in a $200 fine. No exceptions.

Rules of Guest/Renters Behavior:
In the common areas (sundeck or pool), please have guest refrain from inappropriate behavior such as loud music, inappropriate dancing, sexually related activities, etc.

• Lounge chairs are limited and exclusive for Hispaniola Beach guests.
• Please be informed that after using the chairs on the beach you must return them to their specific place, by the common area shower.
• Pool is open from 7am to 10pm
• Towels & clothing should not be hung from the balcony or in common areas.
• Lounge chairs/ beach chairs may not remain overnight on the beach, please remove them after use.
• Clean up after yourself by not leaving any garbage or littering on the beach, pool and Jacuzzi areas.
• No diving in the pool area; hence there is no life guard on duty.
• No food or drinks inside pool or Jacuzzi
• No glass containers by the pool
• No loud noise after 10pm (families live on premises)

Guest Policy:
In advance of guest or renter arrival, please register all renters/guests on the Guest Registry at the administration office so that the security staff may permit them to enter the Hispaniola Beach Community and property.

When guests or renters arrive, the security staff will only allow renters/guests with picture identification on the Guest Registry to enter. If not registered, the security staff will attempt to contact the owner and/or administration office staff for authorization.
